             INGREDIENTS


  • Yellow moong lentil 125 gms 
  • Carrots (chopped) 1 pc 
  • Onions (medium) 1 pc
  • Salt-black pepper powder to taste Butter 2 tbsp 
  • Onions (cut into squares) 1/2 cup Green onions 1/2 cup 
  • Ginger (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon 
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon 
  • Coriander greens for garnishing

1 Clean the lentil and soak it in water.

2 Put lentils, carrots, onions and water in a saucepan and cook.

3 When the lentil becomes soft, grind it in a blender.

4 Heat the butter in a saucepan.

5 Add onion and fry it. When it gets a little color, fry garlic, ginger, green onion and add it to the lentil mixture and cook it.

6 Finally add salt and black pepper powder.

7 Take out the green coriander in a serving dish.

 Start by decorating with breadsticks.
